The Creative Team

Hannah Moore (Joanna, Co-Director, Co-Writer, Co-Producer)

Hannah is a current freshmen and Braverman Family Scholar at the University of Southern California in the School of Dramatic Arts and School of Cinematic Arts. She is also a graduate of Booker T. Washington HSPVA in Dallas, Texas, and a long-time member of the performing arts. Hannah is a published playwright; her play, Leave A Message, was performed and published professionally as part of the 2021 Playwrights Under Progress Festival with Junior Players and Kitchen Dog Theater. Leave A Message and her other playwriting work, Slumber Party, were also performed as part of the Booker T. Washington HSPVA Ten-Minute Plays Festival. Aside from writing, Hannah loves to be onstage and connect with audiences through acting. Her recent notable roles include Young Laurian in T3 Presents: The Black Veils at Theatre Three, Penelope Smith in Committed: Mad Women of the Asylum with Cry Havoc Theater Company, Abby in The Secret Life of Girls and Meg Murry in A Wrinkle in Time at Dallas Children's Theater, and Anne Shirley in Anne of Green Gables. Hannah is a proud member of USC's premiere improv and sketch comedy troupe, Commedus Interruptus, and invites you to come catch a (free!) lawn show on Fridays @ 1 PM by Tommy Trojan. Hannah is incredibly honored to be able to perform The Sentence as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival!

 Ainsley Ferrell (Morrey, Co-Director, Co-Writer, Co-Producer)

Ainsley is currently a freshman at The University of Southern California, studying in the School of Dramatic Arts and the School of Cinematic Arts. She's a recent summa cum laude graduate from Trinity Christian Academy and a recipient of the 2022 Neicole Woodall College Scholarship from her beloved Genesis Children's Theater back in Dallas, Texas. Ainsley has always loved acting and made her big screen debut in Like You're Dying, her sister's short film that went on to win an international Best Drama Award at London's 2020 Monochrome Film Festival. Her recent notable roles from high school theater include Officer Lockstock in Urinetown, Patsy in Spamalot, and Agatha Trunchbull in Matilda. This year at USC, she won the Outstanding Comedic Screenplay for her script Treading Water, wrote and directed her first horror short film Laundry Cycle, and co-wrote, co-directed, and starred in The Sentence! She's extremely thrilled and honored to take this show to the 2023 Hollywood Fringe Festival and participate in LA's theater community.
